The Challenge: Feedback Without Strategy<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Bohunt Horsham<\/a> had established a robust culture of feedback<\/a>. Yet, tracking and utilising this feedback effectively proved difficult.<\/p>

\u201cWe had incredible data from our Curriculum Leaders,\u201d says Liam Harris<\/a>, Assistant Headteacher. \u201cBut we couldn\u2019t track it properly. That meant we couldn\u2019t make strategic decisions about CPD.\u201d<\/p><\/blockquote>

Feedback was dispersed across Google Forms and private drives, making it challenging for staff to identify trends over time<\/a>. Some teachers received feedback regularly, while others went months without any.
